By car or by foot: take the B4077 from Stow on the Wold, signposted "Tewkesbury" and "Ford". Go through the village of Upper Swell (beware of the narrow bridge!) and take the 2nd turn on the right.

From the M5, take the junction for Tewkesbury. Follow the signs for Stow, it's approximately 17 miles.

By train: the main line from London Paddington and Oxford calls at Moreton-in-Marsh. Local taxi firms operate from there, as do a variety of local bus services.

Cheltenham is 17 miles to the West, down the A40. It is served by a fast train service to London, Wales and the West of England. Gloucestershire Airport at Staverton, near Cheltenham, offers a variety of scheduled and charter flights, as and is suitable for private aircraft and helicopters.
